Every piece is machined to order from the terrain configuration you design. The 3D preview in the configurator is a faithful approximation; the machined piece is produced from high-resolution elevation data and may differ slightly in fine detail, framing, and measured height. Natural variation in machining and finishing is part of the product, not a defect.

This is a pre-order. Your piece is machined with our next batch after ordering closes September 30, then ships as soon as its production run completes — typically 4–6 weeks. Timing estimates are our best good-faith projection, not a guarantee; if your batch is materially delayed we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before production starts.

You may cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund. Once production begins, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed. Because each piece is custom-machined we don’t accept change-of-mind returns — but every piece is inspected and photographed before it leaves our shop, and if something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Shipping is charged by weight and region at checkout, with tracking and insurance included. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country; these are your responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

You’re responsible for the text you ask us to engrave. We may decline engravings that are unlawful or that infringe someone else’s rights, and we’ll contact you before doing so.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Our pieces are solid metal objects — they are not toys and are not food-safe.
