When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the terrain configuration you designed (location, size, material, engraving text). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.

When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies in your browser. Location searches in the configurator are sent to Mapbox to return map tiles and place results.

Order information is used to machine, ship, and support your order, and to send transactional email (confirmation and shipping notices) via Resend. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the store: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order database), Resend (transactional email), Mapbox (maps and place search), Google Analytics and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). Each receives only what it needs for its function.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set by Google and Meta. You can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker without affecting your ability to order. The cart is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
